Atlas Property Management LLC is a residential, commercial and foreclosure property management company. We take care of your weekly, monthly and yearly building, property and household concerns.
Atlas was established as a result of customer demand. We have 20 years of construction management experience. Atlas' team has a combined total of 55 years of customer service and building automation experience. We are locally owned and operated and have on staff tradesmen for immediate response.

Kevin Frattaroli
Michael D'Elia
Kevin brings over 20 years of customer service and management experience with a professional background in low voltage and home automation systems, providing superior service to elite homeowners and building owners in the tri-state area. As a founding member, Kevin is committed to providing quality service and bringing a reputation for honesty and unmatched attention to detail which allows Atlas to exceed customer expectations.
Michael is the current owner of a well established and successful general contracting company in Stamford, CT. Michael is well known for his knowledge and dedication in the construction management trade. He began his career in 1990 as project manager for a large property management and construction firm in Stamford. His time was spent managing large construction projects and maintaining client relationships. Michael took the skill sets he established at this job and opened his own general contracting company called Olympic Construction LLC. He has been in the business since 2002 and proves his management skills every day.
Kathleen Darling
Susan D'Elia
Kathleen Darling holds an MBA in finance with over 25 years experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of administrative and human resource functions. Kathleen has excellent problem solving , communication and organizational skills. She provides support for our field operations while maintaining a reliable and comprehensive financial system.
Susan is Atlas' in-house legal counsel with over 15 years of experience in sales, customer service and business administration. Susan's background brings diversity allowing Atlas to excel in the coordination and management of accounting and risk management. Susan's vast knowledge and commitment guarantees long term customer satisfaction.
